Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service. Slide to Hole: Block Puzzle does not currently require an account to play.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party.
• Application refers to Slide to Hole: Block Puzzle, the software program provided by the Company, available on Android and iOS.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the individual developer of Slide to Hole: Block Puzzle, based in Vietnam.
• Country refers to: Vietnam.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company, such as advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting providers.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit or session length).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

Slide to Hole: Block Puzzle does not require registration and We do not knowingly ask You to provide directly identifiable information such as Your name, email address or phone number to play the game. If You contact Us directly for support (for example, by email), We will receive the contact details and content of Your message.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, unique device identifiers, operating system, the type of mobile browser You use, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Service, We may collect, with Your prior permission where required:

• Information regarding Your approximate location, derived from Your IP address (not precise GPS location).
• Pictures and other information from Your Device's camera and photo library, only if such a feature is added and only with Your consent at that time.
• Gameplay and progression data, such as which levels You start, complete, or fail, the boosters You use, the moves You make, and whether You choose to watch a rewarded video ad, collected through Our analytics Service Providers to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server, or simply stored on Your Device.

Tracking Technologies and Advertising Identifiers

We and Our Service Providers use Your Google Advertising ID (Android) or Apple IDFA (iOS) to serve relevant ads and to measure the performance of advertising campaigns. You can reset or limit these identifiers at any time from Your device settings — see Your Choices below.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us, such as support inquiries.
• To serve and measure advertising that supports the free-to-play Service.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, or sale of all or a portion of Our assets.
• For other purposes: such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving the Service, its features, and Your experience.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Gameplay progress is stored locally on Your Device and is deleted when You uninstall the Application. Usage Data collected by Our Service Providers is retained according to each provider's own retention policy, generally for internal analysis purposes and for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Other legal requirements

The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of Users of the Service, or protect against legal liability.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Third-Party Services Used by the Application

Slide to Hole: Block Puzzle integrates the following third-party Service Providers for advertising, ad mediation, attribution, and usage analytics, so that We can keep the Service free to play. These Service Providers may automatically collect data such as Your advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, device information, and app interaction data, only to perform these tasks on Our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Lion Studios (LionSDK) — Our publishing partner, providing the analytics and ad-mediation orchestration layer used by the Application. Privacy Policy
• AppLovin MAX — ad mediation platform used to serve rewarded video ads and measure ad performance. Privacy Policy
• Adjust — mobile measurement and attribution partner used to measure install sources and in-app events. Privacy Policy
• Meta (Facebook) — used for app install attribution and event analytics via the Facebook SDK. The Application does not offer Facebook login or social features. Privacy Policy

Each Service Provider operates under its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data it processes, and AppLovin MAX may in turn work with additional third-party ad networks to serve and optimize ads. We encourage You to review these partners' privacy policies.

The Company will never sell, rent or trade Your Personal Data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

GDPR Privacy (EEA and UK Users)

If You are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, You have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Company aims to take reasonable steps to allow You to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of Your Personal Data.

You have the right to:

• Access, update or delete the information We have on You.
• Rectification — the right to have Your information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Object to Our processing of Your Personal Data.
• Restriction — the right to request that We restrict the processing of Your personal information.

• Withdraw consent at any time where the Company relied on Your consent to process Your Personal Data.

Your Choices — Advertising:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable Allow Apps to Request to Track.

CCPA Privacy (California Users)

If You are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides You with specific rights regarding Your personal information.

Under CCPA, California residents have the right to:

• Know whether their personal information is sold or disclosed, and to whom.
• Say no to the sale of personal information.
• Access their personal information.
• Request that a business delete any personal information it has collected.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is directed to a general audience and does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us, including links opened from advertisements. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
